Cathy Fontana

Cathy Fontana

Partner

The founder of Class A Management LLC, Cathy Fontana has more than 30 years of property investing, rehabilitation, management and sales experience. Her diverse portfolio includes residential, commercial, retail, single-family and multifamily real estate investment properties.

An experienced investment partner, Cathy exhibits a keen understanding of market trends and uses her knowledge of multifamily property management to recommend investor decisions that maximize portfolio value and long-term growth.

Cathy’s current management portfolio includes marketing and leasing activities for more than 6,000 units in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex alone. Among these are multi-family residences with more than 500 units per property, as well as managed properties throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee and Georgia. 

Cathy works with Our Team partners to provide investors with analysis, feasibility, and acquisition and disposition services for multi-family properties within the context of full-cycle investing, from acquisition to disposition and every step in between.

Bryan Ayres

Bryan Ayres

The co-founder of Solid Door Investments, LLC, Bryan Ayres purchased his first rental property at the age of 21. He now has more than 25 years of experience in rental property management and is committed to providing commercial real estate investment opportunities to the general public.

As a licensed general contractor in the state of Arizona, Bryan began his real estate career flipping single family homes. He then entered the multifamily investing arena for long-term portfolio cash flow and value appreciation through full-cycle real estate investment. His considerable project management and construction experience serves his investors well. He recently completed an 84-unit rehabilitation project in less than 22 months and delivered a 32 percent AAR to all partners when the property was sold.

Co-founder of Solid Door Investments, Rebecca Stuelpnagel brings more than 20 years of appraisal and underwriting experience to Our Team. She began her real estate career with a University of Nebraska Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Land Use Economics. She launched her professional career as a Certified Appraiser and Licensed Realtor, and brings a wealth of experience to Our Team partners with those specializations.
